Clear about what stays where.
Practice pieces, notes, sessions and progress are stored locally by the app. This public site does not read that practice storage, record audio, or include advertising trackers. Accounts are managed by Cadence’s backend. Account operations require the internet; practice does not.
Signing in uses essential security and session cookies. With Google sign-in, Cadence stores your verified email address and Google account identifier, not your Google password, mailbox or contacts. Google handles the account selection and consent screens. Cloud sync sends your practice backup to Cadence’s server so your signed-in devices can retrieve it.
Zarinpal handles card payment details; Cadence stores order amounts, payment references and subscription dates. These accounting records remain after account deletion without the account link. If you opt in to subscription SMS, Kavenegar receives your verified mobile number and service messages. You can stop SMS and remove the number from the subscription page.
You can delete your account and its live cloud backup from the account page. Google-only accounts confirm deletion by signing in with Google again. Older copies may remain in encrypted recovery backups. Exported files and copies on other offline devices are not remotely erased.
The journal editor is restricted to authorized staff. Server access logs may contain request addresses and timestamps for operation and security. The app and editor use essential security and sign-in cookies. Theme preference is stored in your browser. Contact support about account deletion or privacy questions.
